Theis) A bill to amend 1976 PA 267, entitled "Open meetings act," by amending section 3 (MCL 15.263), as amended by 2018 PA 485, and by adding section 3a. Representative Warren offered the following amendments to SB 1108: 1. Amend page 5, line 14, after "Before" by striking out "January" and inserting "April". 2. Amend page 5, line 18, after "after" by striking out "January" and inserting "April". 3. Amend page 5, line 20, after "to" by striking out "a medical condition" and inserting "military duty, medical condition,". 4. Amend page 5, line 22, after "January 1," by striking out "2021," and inserting "2022,". Representative Warren spoke to her amendments.
