The Chair laid SB 1160 before the committee: SB 1160 (Sen. Outman) A bill to amend 1978 PA 368, entitled "Public health code," by amending section 22210 (MCL 333.22210), as amended by 2014 PA 165. Nick Plescia, representing Senator Outman, and Allisyn Mattice-Zskau, representing McLaren Health Care, both testified in support of the bill. Questions and discussion followed.
