- Representative Manoogian moved to adopt Wednesday at 9:00 a.m. in room 519 of the House Office Building as the day, time, and location for regularly scheduled meetings of the House Energy Committee. The motion prevailed 15-0-0: FAVORABLE ROLL CALL Yeas: Reps. Bellino, Markkanen, Reilly, Berman, Paquette, Martin, Outman, Roth, Manoogian, Sneller, Cherry, Haadsma, Morse, Puri, Scott. Nays: None. Pass: None. Chairman Bellino announced that the House Energy Committee will follow Chapter IV, as stated in the House Standing Rules, that were adopted on the House Floor. Chairman Bellino laid before the committee a presentation by the Michigan Public Service Commission. Dan Scripps, representing the Michigan Public Service Commission, gave a presentation to the committee. At 10:56 AM, the Chair laid the committee at ease. At 11:00 AM, the Chair called the committee back to order. Chairman Bellino returned to the presentation by Dan Scripps, representing the Michigan Public Service Commission. Questions and discussion followed. There being no further business before the committee, Chairman Bellino adjourned the meeting at 11:25 AM.
