Meerman) A bill to amend 1978 PA 368, entitled "Public health code," by amending sections 5553, 5555, 5557, and 5561 (MCL 333.5553, 333.5555, 333.5557, and 333.5561), as added by 2014 PA 269. Dr. Roger Seelye, representing the Michigan Optometric Association, testified in opposition to HB 4356. Questions and discussion followed.
