The Chair laid HB 4355 before the committee: HB 4355 (Rep. Bollin) A bill to amend 1978 PA 368, entitled "Public health code," by amending sections 16101 and 16171 (MCL 333.16101 and 333.16171), section 16171 as amended by 2016 PA 60. The following people submitted a card in support of HB 4355, but did not wish to speak: David Worthams, representing the Michigan Manufacturers Association. Gary Dougherty, representing the American Diabetes Association. The hyperlink or website address described in this subparagraph must be to the website of the licensing department, board, or other authority of the state in which the individual is authorized to practice.".
