Alexander) A bill to amend 2016 PA 281, entitled "Medical marihuana facilities licensing act," by amending section 402 (MCL 333.27402), as amended by 2018 PA 582. The following person submitted a card in support of HB 4295, but did not wish to speak: Kevin McKinney, representing the Michigan Cannabis Industry Association. Representative Bellino offered the following amendment to HB 4295: 1. Amend page 2, line 12, after "years." by inserting "This subdivision does not apply to a marihuana-related felony.". 2. Amend page 2, line 18, after "state." by inserting "This subdivision does not apply to a marihuana-related misdemeanor or ordinance violation.". 3.
