Amend page 21, line 10, by striking out all of line 10 and inserting: "Futures for frontliners 100,000,000 Michigan promise zone grants 50,000,000 Michigan reconnect grant program 200,000,000 Teacher, nurse, and law enforcement loan forgiveness program 50,000,000" and adjusting the subtotals, totals, and section 201 accordingly.
