From the funds appropriated in part 1 for long-term care facility supports, the department of health and human services shall allocate $5,000,000.00 to the attorney general for elder abuse taskforce investigations and unannounced visits to long-term care facilities for possible elder abuse or elder neglect, known as the Sentinel Project.".
