Amend page 14, line 19, after "studies" by striking out "$". 3. Amend page 14, following line 21, by inserting: 4. Amend page 18, following line 25, by inserting: "Federal revenues: Coronavirus state fiscal recovery fund 5,000,000." 5. Amend page 18, line 26, after "employees" by striking out "$". 6. Amend page 19, line 2, after "fund" by striking out "11,871,900" and inserting "20,071,900" and adjusting the subtotals, totals, and section 201 accordingly. 7. Amend page 44, following line 6, by inserting: "Sec. 503. From the funds appropriated in part 1 for capitol security improvements, the legislative council shall provide the security staffing; infrastructure improvements; and equipment, including but not limited to, x-ray machines, magnetometers, and video and audio equipment necessary to implement a weapons ban, including a ban on concealed pistols under the firearms act, 1927 PA 372, in any building or portion of a building under the control of the Michigan state capitol commission.".
