Bezotte) A bill to amend 1931 PA 328, entitled "The Michigan penal code," by amending section 316 (MCL 750.316), as amended by 2014 PA 158. Representative Bezotte; Dan Pfannes, from the Wayne County Sheriff's Office, representing the Michigan Sheriffs' Association; and Sheriff Mike Murphy, from Livingston County, representing the Michigan Sheriffs' Association, testified in support of HB 4719.
