- Representative Bellino moved to report out HB 4824 with recommendation. The motion prevailed 8-3-0: FAVORABLE ROLL CALL Yeas: Reps. Alexander, Posthumus, Bellino, Rendon, Filler, Garza, Cambensy, Witwer. Nays: Reps. Carra, Hope, Puri. Pass: None.
