The Chair laid HB 4719 before the committee: HB 4719 (Rep. Bezotte) A bill to amend 1931 PA 328, entitled "The Michigan penal code," by amending section 316 (MCL 750.316), as amended by 2014 PA 158. Representative Bezotte, testified in support of HB 4719. Questions and discussion followed.
