- Representative Tisdel moved to adopt substitute (H-1) to HB 4939. The motion prevailed 15- 0-0: FAVORABLE ROLL CALL Yeas: Reps. Hall, Tisdel, Calley, Farrington, Steven Johnson, Meerman, O'Malley, Beeler, Outman, Yancey, Ellison, Brixie, Kuppa, Neeley, Cavanagh. Nays: None. Pass: None. Representative Kuppa offered the following amendments to HB 4939 (H-1): 1. Amend page 10, line 11, after "1(1)(d)(xv)." by inserting: "(9) In addition to the money distributed to cities, villages, and townships under subsection (2), an amount equal to all revenue lost to cities, villages, and townships as a result of the exclusion under section 1(1)(d)(xv), as determined by the department, must be distributed to cities, villages, and townships pursuant to the Glenn Steil state revenue sharing act of 1971, 1971 PA 140, MCL 141.901 to 141.921. (10)" and renumbering the remaining subsections. 2. Amend page 10, line 18, after "(8)" by inserting "or (10)". Representative Kuppa spoke to her amendments
