Albert) A bill to amend 1966 PA 225, entitled "Carnival- amusement safety act of 1966," by amending the title and sections 2, 10, 11, 17, and 20 (MCL 408.652, 408.660, 408.661, 408.667, and 408.670), the title and section 11 as amended by 2014 PA 163, sections 2 and 17 as amended and section 20 as added by 2000 PA 346, and section 10 as amended by 2020 PA 163, and by adding section 19a. Representative Albert, testified in support of HB 4527. Lisa Reiff, representing the Michigan Association of Fairs and Exhibitions, testified in support of HB 4527.
