- Representative Posthumus moved to report out HB 5097 with recommendation. The motion prevailed 8-5-0: FAVORABLE ROLL CALL Yeas: Reps. Hornberger, Paquette, Green, Markkanen, O'Malley, Beeler, Damoose, Posthumus. Nays: Reps. Camilleri, Brenda Carter, Koleszar, Shannon, Stone. Pass: None. The following people submitted a card in support of HB 5097, but did not wish to speak: Rachel Marcero, representing the Us Against Media. The Chair laid HB 4199 before the committee: HB 4199 (Rep. Hornberger) A bill to amend 1976 PA 451, entitled "The revised school code," by amending section 1284a (MCL 380.1284a), as added by 2007 PA 101; and to repeal acts and parts of acts.
