- Representative Reilly moved to adopt the meeting minutes from October 13, 2021. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. Chairman Bellino laid before the committee a presentation by Trevor Lauer, President & Chief Operating Officer for DTE Electric. Trevor Lauer gave a presentation on the Storm Response and Reliability Improvements to the committee. Questions and discussion followed. Chairman Bellino laid before the committee a presentation by Guy Packard, Vice President of Electric Operations for Consumers Energy. Guy Packard gave a presentation on the August Restoration Event to the committee. Questions and discussion followed. Chairman Bellino laid before the committee a presentation by Dave Isaacson, Vice President of Distribution for Indiana Michigan Power Company. Dave Isaacson gave a presentation on the August 2021 Storm Review to the committee. The following people submitted a card, but due to the time constraints were unable to speak: Bridget Saunders Vial, representing the Michigan Environmental Justice Coalition.
