- Representative Hauck moved to adopt substitute (H-1) to HB 5604. The motion prevailed 4- 0-1: FAVORABLE ROLL CALL Yeas: Reps. Mueller, VanWoerkom, Hauck, Cherry. Nays: None. Pass: Rep. Rabhi. Representative Rabhi offered the following amendments to HB 5604 (H-1): 1. Amend page 11, line 21, after "(4)" by striking out "If" and inserting "Except as otherwise provided in subsection (10), if". 2. Amend page 15, following line 1, by inserting: "(10) The fund shall not enter into any new agreements under this section 1 year after the effective date of the amendatory act that added this section." and renumbering the remaining subsection.
