VanWoerkom) A bill to amend 1976 PA 388, entitled "Michigan campaign finance act," by amending sections 3, 11, 12, 21, and 24 (MCL 169.203, 169.211, 169.212, 169.221, and 169.224), sections 3 and 11 as amended by 2017 PA 119 and sections 12, 21, and 24 as amended by 2019 PA 93, and by adding section 21b. Representative VanWoerkom testified in support of HB 5614. Questions and discussion followed. There being no further business before the committee, Chair Bollin adjourned the meeting at 12:15 PM.
