Steven Johnson) A bill to amend 1939 PA 280, entitled "The social welfare act," (MCL 400.1 to 400.119b) by adding section 14n. HB 5462 (Rep. Outman) A bill to amend 1939 PA 280, entitled "The social welfare act," by amending section 105c (MCL 400.105c), as added by 2013 PA 107. HB 5463 (Rep. Outman) A bill to amend 1939 PA 280, entitled "The social welfare act," by amending section 10f (MCL 400.10f), as added by 2013 PA 41. Peter Ruark, Senior Policy Analyst at the Michigan League for Public Policy, testified and submitted written testimony in opposition to HB 5461. Adam Carlson, Senior Vice President of Advocacy at Michigan Health and Hospital Association, submitted a card in opposition to HB 5462 , but did not wish to speak.
