O'Malley) A bill to amend 1976 PA 442, entitled "Freedom of information act," by amending section 6 (MCL 15.236), as amended by 1996 PA 553. HB 5923 (Rep. VanWoerkom) A bill to amend 1976 PA 442, entitled "Freedom of information act," by amending sections 2 and 5 (MCL 15.232 and 15.235), section 2 as amended by 2018 PA 68 and section 5 as amended by 2020 PA 36. HB 5924 (Rep. Fink) A bill to amend 1976 PA 442, entitled "Freedom of information act," by amending sections 3 and 13 (MCL 15.233 and 15.243), section 3 as amended by 2018 PA 523 and section 13 as amended by 2021 PA 33.
