Grand Rapids Community College shall provide information on request to the house and senate appropriations subcommittees on community colleges, the house and senate fiscal agencies, and the state budget director on the use of these funds until the project is completed." and adjusting the subtotals and totals in section 201 and enacting section 1 accordingly.
