HB 6088 (Rep. Markkanen) A bill to amend 1978 PA 368, entitled "Public health code," by amending section 20952 (MCL 333.20952), as added by 1990 PA 179. Michael Krombeen, representing the Lake Michigan College, submitted a card in support of HB 6086 and HB 6088, but did not wish to speak. Ramiro Galvan, Director of Legislative Affairs for the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, submitted a card in opposition to HB 6086, but did not wish to speak.
