The Chair laid SB 991 before the committee: SB 991 (Sen. Outman) A bill to amend 1994 PA 451, entitled "Natural resources and environmental protection act," (MCL 324.101 to 324.90106) by adding section 21102a. Senator Outman and Bob Cleary, representing the Michigan Petroleum Association, testified in support of SB 991. Questions and discussion followed.
