At 9:43 AM, the Chair called the committee back to order. The Chair laid HB 4166 before the committee: HB 4166 (Rep. Frederick) A bill to amend 1961 PA 236, entitled "Revised judicature act of 1961," by amending section 5451 (MCL 600.5451), as amended by 2012 PA 451.
