The Chair laid the presentation on the Proposed Battery Manufacturing Facility in Marshall, Michigan before the committee. Quentin Messer, CEO and President of the Michigan Economic Development Corporation, Chris Smith, representing the Ford Motor Company, and Derek Perry, City Manager of Marshall, Michigan, all provided a presentation on the Proposed Battery Manufacturing Facility in Marshall, Michigan. Questions and discussion followed. Gabby Bruno, representing the Ford Motor Company, approached to answer questions from committee members.
