- Representative Breen moved to adopt the meeting minutes from March 15, 2023. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. At 12:02 PM, the Chair laid the committee at ease. At 12:04 PM, the Chair called the committee back to order. The Chair laid HB 4375 before the committee: HB 4375 (Rep. Grant) A bill to amend 2003 PA 258, entitled "Land bank fast track act," by amending section 3 (MCL 124.753). Representative Grant testified in support of HB 4375. Questions and discussion followed. Karyn Ferrick and Mayor Rosalynn Bliss, representing the City of Grand Rapids, testified in support of HB 4375. Questions and discussion followed.
