- Representative Schuette moved to adopt the amendments to HB 4249. The motion did not prevail 12-16-1: UNFAVORABLE ROLL CALL Yeas: Reps. Representative Beson offered the following amendments to HB 4249: 1. Amend page 15, line 18, after "funds" by striking out "100,000,000" and inserting "200,000,000". 2. Amend page 16, line 10, after "fund" by striking out "300,000,000" and inserting "400,000,000" and adjusting the subtotals, totals, and section 201 accordingly. 3. Amend page 36, line 10, after "communities," by inserting "at least 20% to communities with populations of up to 50,000,". 4. Amend page 37, line 13, after "$" by striking out "100,000,000" and inserting "200,000,000".
