- Representative Schuette moved to adopt the amendments to HB 4280. The motion did not prevail 11-17-1: UNFAVORABLE ROLL CALL Yeas: Reps. Lightner, Bollin, Green, Slagh, Beson, Borton, Fink, DeBoer, Kuhn, Schuette, Steele. Nays: Reps. Witwer, O'Neal, Brixie, Hood, Brabec, Morse, Puri, Steckloff, Weiss, Martus, McKinney, Mentzer, Morgan, Price, Skaggs, Snyder, Wilson. Pass: Rep. Cavitt. Representative Slagh offered the following amendment to HB 4280: 1. Amend page 23, following line 23, by inserting: "Sec. 231. If the state administrative board, acting under section 3 of 1921 PA 2, MCL 17.3, transfers funds from an amount appropriated under this act, the legislature may, by a concurrent resolution adopted by a majority of the members elected to and serving in each chamber, intertransfer funds within this act for the particular department, board, commission, officer, or institution.".
