Representative Schuette offered the following amendments to HB 4286: 1. Amend page 79, line 11, after "year." By inserting "For each fund transfer as described in the immediately preceding sentence that occurs, the state budget director shall send notification of the transfer to the house and senate appropriations subcommittees on state school aid and the house and senate fiscal agencies by not later than 14 calendar days after the transfer occurs.". 2. Amend page 87, line 11, after "year." By inserting "For each fund transfer as described in the immediately preceding sentence that occurs, the state budget director shall send notification of the transfer to the house and senate appropriations subcommittees on school aid and the house and senate fiscal agencies by not later than 14 calendar days after the transfer occurs.". 3. Amend page 259, line 15, after "year." By inserting "For each fund transfer as described in the immediately preceding sentence that occurs, the state budget director shall send notification of the transfer to the house and senate appropriations subcommittees on state school aid and the house and senate fiscal agencies by not later than 14 calendar days after the transfer occurs.".
