- Representative Steele moved to adopt the amendment to HB 4309. The motion did not prevail 12-17-0: UNFAVORABLE ROLL CALL Yeas: Reps. Representative Lightner offered the following amendment to HB 4309: 1. Amend page 24, following line 25, by inserting: "Sec. 382. In administering a contract with a county road commission, city, or village that allocates costs of construction or reconstruction of highways, roads, and streets as provided in section 18d of 1951 PA 51, MCL 247.668d, the department shall submit the final cost-sharing bill to the county road commission, city, or village not later than 2 years after the date of the final contract payment to the construction contractor.".
