Representative Fink offered the following amendments to HB 4310: 1. Amend page 5, line 5, after "10.0" by striking out "41,597,900" and inserting "43,597,900" and adjusting the subtotals, totals, and section 201 accordingly. 2. Amend page 67, following line 28, by inserting: "Sec. 532. From the funds appropriated in part 1 for adoption support services, the department shall allocate $2,000,000.00 to fund a tax credit to adoptive parents. The department shall coordinate with the department of treasury to ensure timely processing and issuance of tax credits to adoptive parents."
