- Representative Glanville moved to adopt the meeting minutes from April 13, 2023. There being no objection, the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. Chair Brabec laid before the committee presentations by Debora Matthews, President and CEO, of The Children’s Center; Sean de Four, President and CEO, of Southwest Solutions; Kari Walker, President and CEO, of The Guidance Center; and Dr. Bob Powell, President and CEO, of Family Service and Children's Aid, all representing the Michigan Federation for Children and Families. Questions and discussion followed. There being no further business before the subcommittee, Chair Brabec adjourned the meeting at 10:20 AM.
