The Chair laid HB 4519 before the committee: HB 4519 (Rep. Scott) A bill to designate May 2 of each year as Negro Leagues Day. Representative Scott and Lydia Teasley, representing the Negro Leagues Family Alliance, testified in support of HB 4519. Questions and discussion followed. The Chair laid HB 4388 before the committee: HB 4388 (Rep. Roth) A bill to amend 1994 PA 451, entitled "Natural resources and environmental protection act," by amending section 21105 (MCL 324.21105). Representative Roth and Casey Smith testified in support of HB 4388. Questions and discussion followed.
