The Chair laid SB 176, SB 330 and SB 364 before the committee: SB 176 (Sen. Santana) A bill to amend 1893 PA 206, entitled "The general property tax act," by amending section 7b (MCL 211.7b), as amended by 2013 PA 161. SB 330 (Sen. Cavanagh) A bill to amend 1893 PA 206, entitled "The general property tax act," (MCL 211.1 to 211.155) by adding section 7c. SB 364 (Sen. Damoose) A bill to amend 1893 PA 206, entitled "The general property tax act," by amending section 53b (MCL 211.53b), as amended by 2022 PA 141. Nick Cook, representing the Office of Senator Santana, testified in support of SB 176. Questions and discussion followed. Senator Cavanagh testified in support of SB 330.
