The chair laid before the committee a presentation from the Department of Insurance and Financial Services. Joseph Sullivan, the Legislative Liaison Manager for the Department of Insurance and Financial Services, and Parker Fisher, the Insurance Legislative Liaison for the Department of Insurance and Financial Services gave a presentation.
