- Representative Arbit moved to report out HB 4547 with recommendation, as substitute (H-1). The motion prevailed 6-3-1: FAVORABLE ROLL CALL Yeas: Reps. Young, Coffia, Glanville, Arbit, Edwards, MacDonell. Nays: Reps. Fox, Johnsen, Thompson. Pass: Rep. Wozniak. Ashley Steffen, the Attorney General's Legislative Director, and Scott Teter, the Attorney General's Financial Crimes Division Chief, gave a presentation on the Elder Abuse Task Force. Questions and discussion followed. The following people submitted a card wishing to provide testimony on the Elder Abuse Task Force Presentation, but due to the time constraints were unable to speak: Jody White. Cynthia Mifsud.
