Hood) A bill to amend 1984 PA 270, entitled "Michigan strategic fund act," by amending the title and section 9 (MCL 125.2009), the title as amended by 2005 PA 225 and section 9 as amended by 2021 PA 136, and by adding chapter 8F. HB 5100 (Rep. Martus) A bill to amend 1967 PA 281, entitled "Income tax act of 1967," (MCL 206.1 to 206.847) by adding sections 277 and 677. HB 5101 (Rep. Rogers) A bill to amend 1967 PA 281, entitled "Income tax act of 1967," (MCL 206.1 to 206.847) by adding sections 277a and 677a. HB 5102 (Rep. Puri) A bill to amend 1967 PA 281, entitled "Income tax act of 1967," (MCL 206.1 to 206.847) by adding sections 277b and 677b.
