The Chair laid SB 789 before the committee: SB 789 (Sen. Irwin) A bill to amend 1998 PA 58, entitled "Michigan liquor control code of 1998," by amending section 513 (MCL 436.1513), as amended by 2022 PA 216. Senator Irwin testified in support of SB 789. Questions and discussion followed.
