Hoskins, Grant, Whitsett, Neeley, Liberati, Coffia, Farhat, Miller, VanWoerkom, Martin. Nays: None. Pass: Reps. Tisdel, Roth, St. Germaine. Representative Roth offered the following amendment to HB 5769 (H-1): 1. Amend page 3, line 27, after "senate." by inserting "Of the members appointed by the governor, 1 must be appointed from a list of 3 or more nominees submitted by the speaker of the house of representatives, 1 must be appointed from a list of 3 or more nominees submitted by the minority leader of the house of representatives, 1 must be appointed from list of 3 or more nominees submitted by the senate majority leader, and 1 must be appointed from a list of 3 or more nominees submitted by the senate minority leader. Each list described in this subsection must include not less than 1 individual with expertise in public transportation.".
