The Chair laid HB 5937 before the committee: HB 5937 (Rep. Neeley) A bill to amend 2007 PA 36, entitled "Michigan business tax act," by amending section 433 (MCL 208.1433), as amended by 2014 PA 282. At 12:09 PM, the Chair laid the committee at ease. At 12:10 PM, Majority Vice Chair Farhat called the committee back to order. Chair Neeley testified in support of HB 5937.
