Skaggs) A bill to amend 1978 PA 368, entitled "Public health code," by amending section 12752 (MCL 333.12752) and by adding part 128. HB 4480 (Rep. Rheingans) A bill to amend 1978 PA 368, entitled "Public health code," (MCL 333.1101 to 333.25211) by adding sections 12815, 12817, and 12829. HB 6173 (Rep. Skaggs) A bill to amend 1993 PA 92, entitled "Seller disclosure act," by amending section 7 (MCL 565.957), as amended by 2005 PA 163. Representative Skaggs testified in support of HBs 4479, 4480 and 6173.
