- Representative Bruck moved to adopt the meeting minutes from February 25, 2025. There being no objection, the motion prevailed with unanimous consent. The Chair laid before the committee a presentation on the Michigan Auditor General Performance Audit of the Water Withdrawal Program in the Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy #761-0153-23. Nanci Bashore, Audit Manager, and Jessica Armstrong, Senior Supervisor, representing the Michigan Office of the Auditor General, gave a presentation on the Michigan Auditor General Performance Audit of the Water Withdrawal Program in the Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy. Questions and discussion followed. The Chair invited Representative Smit, Chair of the Committee on Election Integrity, to speak to the committee. Representative Smit spoke to the committee regarding the request for documents from the Michigan Department of State. Questions and discussion followed.
