Representative Grant offered the following amendments to HB 4187: 1. Amend page 5, line 8m after “(b)” by striking out the balance of the line through “after” on line 9 and inserting “After”. 2. Amend page 5, line 27, after “part,” by striking out “up to $2,200,000,000.00” and inserting “$50,000,000.00”. 3. Amend page 5, line 28, after “deposited” by inserting “to the Michigan housing and community development fund created in section 58a of the state housing development authority act of 1966, 1966 PA 346, MCL 125.1458a,”. 4. Amend page6, line 3, after “deposited” by inserting “and up to $2,200,000,000.00 of the revenue collected under this part must be deposited”. 5. Amend page 6, line 22, after “part,” by inserting “$50,000,000.00 of the revenue collected under this part must be deposited to the Michigan housing and community development fund created in section 58a of the state housing development authority act of 1966, 1966 PA 346, MCL 125.1458a, and”.
