Representative Wooden moved to excuse Rep. Xiong from the meeting. There being no objection the motion prevailed by unanimous consent. The Chair laid a presentation by Mr. Ramon Jackson and Pastor Lorenzo Sewell before the committee. Pastor Lorenzo Sewell and Mr. Ramon Jackson gave a presentation on elections in the City of Detroit to the committee. Questions and discussions followed. The following people submitted a card but due to the time constraints were unable to speak: Clarence Baker, representing themselves. Lory Parks, representing Verify the Vote. Clinton Topp, representing themselves as a Detroit voter. Theresa Williams, representing themselves as a Detroit voter.
