Amend page 3, line 13, after "2040" by inserting "and are classified as real property under the general property tax act, 1893 PA 206, MCL 211.1 to 211.155, and subject to a valuation under the general property tax act, 1893 PA 206, MCL 211.1 to 211.155, that reflects use of generally accepted appraisal principles, including, but not limited to, consideration of that property's highest and best use".
