Maddock) A bill to modify the utilization of certain terms by public bodies; and to provide for the powers and duties of certain state and local governmental officers and entities. UNFAVORABLE ROLL CALL Yeas: Reps. Fitzgerald and McFall. Nays: Reps. BeGole, Harris and VanderWall. Pass: None. Representative Fitzgerald offered the following amendment to HB 4244: 1. Amend page 1, line 4, after "America"." by inserting "All costs for compliance with this act must be fully reimbursed by the state treasury and an accounting of those requests and payments must be transmitted to the speaker of the house, senate majority leader, governor, and bill sponsor, and made available on a publicly accessible website, not more than 10 days after the request.".
