- Representative Outman moved to report out HB 4356 with recommendation. The motion prevailed 5-1-3: FAVORABLE ROLL CALL Yeas: Reps. Smit, Outman, Alexander, Hoadley and Pavlov. Nays: Rep. Fox. Pass: Reps. Wooden, Koleszar and Xiong. The following people submitted a card in support of HB 4356, but did not wish to speak: Dee Davey, representing the Salem Meet-up. HB 4356 (Rep. Hoadley) A bill to amend 1954 PA 116, entitled "Michigan election law," by amending section 509bb (MCL 168.509bb), as added by 1994 PA 441. Shelly Lake, representing the township Clerk's office.
