HB 4528 (Rep. Tisdel) A bill to amend 1927 PA 175, entitled "The code of criminal procedure," by amending section 17b of chapter XVII (MCL 777.17b), as added by 2002 PA 28. Representative Tisdel offered the following amendment to HB 4527: 1. Amend page 4, line 2, after "than" by striking out "10" and inserting "15".
