Nays: None. Pass: None. Representative Steckloff offered the following amendments to HB 4576: 1. Amend page 7, following line 6, by inserting: Dual enrollment reimbursement 50,000,000 and adjusting the subtotals, totals, and section 201 accordingly. 2. Amend page 29, following line 7, by inserting: "Sec. 703. From the funds appropriated in part 1 for dual enrollment reimbursement, the department shall distribute funds to reimburse districts for eligible charges for students enrolled in eligible courses as provided under the postsecondary enrollment options act, 1996 PA 160, MCL 388.511 to 388.524. The department shall distribute funds to eligible districts on a first-come, first-serve basis. Districts must apply for funding in a form and manner determined by the department.".
