DeSana, Farhat, O'Neal, Rogers, Steckloff, Glanville, Edwards, Martus, McKinney, Morgan, Price, Snyder and Longjohn. Pass: None. Representative Farhat offered the following amendment to HB 4580: 1. Amend page 62, following line 14, by inserting: "Enacting section 4. This amendatory act does not take effect unless House Joint Resolution H of the 103rd Legislature becomes a part of the state constitution of 1963 as provided in section 1 of article XII of the state constitution of 1963.".
